The ANT+ Heart Rate Grapher is an app that displays heart rate data collected from ANT+ heart rate monitors on a simple graph. The app allows for data collection to run in the background, so users can use other apps simultaneously while still collecting data. Originally developed for demonstrating ANT functionality on Android, the app has been released on the Play Store for anyone who might find it useful. Please note that the app is intended for demonstration and recreational purposes only and should not be used for medical purposes. The app requires ANT+ Plugins and ANT Radio Service, as well as ANT hardware support on the user's phone. Officially supported heart rate devices are listed on the directory. The app has some known limitations, such as the graph being cleared once recording is stopped and long sessions potentially causing the app to crash. Developers can use the ANT+ plugins in their own apps for free and easily through a simplified API. For more information on ANT+ and its SDK, visit the ANT Android Developer page.
