[App Description Rewrite] This app, Wi-Fiスポット設定, offers the convenience of automatically connecting to SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot. For Wi-Fi frequency 5GHz compatible devices, app notifications can be reduced by turning on only "SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot (high security)" in the app's Wi-Fi spot settings. Application notifications can also be stopped by turning off the settings outside of "SoftBank Wi-Fi Spot (High Security)" after using the service.

Please keep in mind that this app requires permissions for "Calling and managing calls" and "Accessing the location information of this terminal." It does not make calls from the app or specify location information. If you have Android 10 or above, select "Yes (permit)" in the notification "Do you want to connect to the Wi-Fi network?" under the SoftBank Wi-Fi spot area to access the spots. For Android 11 and above, please allow the app to access location information via "Settings app" -> [Location information]> [App permissions]> [Wi-Fi spot settings] on "Always allow." If the connection is not automatic, tap this application's icon.

Note that the Web Security Service is not applicable when connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi. Lastly, X06HT is not compatible with SoftBank Wi-Fi spots.
